Osprey Management Services  Osprey provides funding and software for Employment Agencies.  Osprey also can provide payroll services for any type of business.  Our payroll program is designed to help companies analyze their payroll expenses and returns.  Another of our programs is almost ready for launch in its second incarnation:  CompuRate, a payroll pricing program.
